Q: When should I hire a doula?
A: The sooner you hire a doula, the more time we will have to get to know each other and prepare together. But if you're looking for support later in pregnancy, reach out- I may stil be able to work with you.
Q: Do you offer both birth and postpartum doula services?
A: Yes! I can support you both for labor and delivery as well as during the first few months you adjust to lige with your new baby.
Q: Will you replace my partner or support person?
A: Definitely not. I am there to walk alongside you and support your whole birth team, not replace them.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I serve the Eugene-Springfield area and surrounding communities.

Q: How does the booking process work?
A: Once you reach out, we will meet for aconsultation to get to know each other and talk about needs. If you decide to move forward and I'm avaiable for your birth window, we'll discuss payment options and schedule your prental appointment.
